This site has no commercial activity: the FranceJadis app is free, with no in-app purchases and no ads.

This site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers, and uses no audience measurement tool: simply visiting it collects no data. There are no user accounts on this site.

The only data collected is given voluntarily, if you write to us (contact form or direct email): your email address and the content of your message, your name being optional. Nothing else is asked of you — this data is only used to reply to you.

• Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling a request you send us yourself.
• Recipient: the publisher only, no transfer to any third party.
• Retention period: as long as needed to handle your request, deleted at the latest 12 months after the last exchange.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data: contact@francejadis.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority). A forum is being considered but is not open yet; this page will be updated accordingly if needed.

Information about the data processed by the iOS/iPadOS/Mac app is given in its App Store listing and its privacy file (approximate location, anonymous session identifier, content of reports, optional email — no advertising tracking).
